BEFRIEND FEAR & COMMIT TO GROWTH



When we are afraid, we get hijacked by worst-case thinking and can quickly lose perspective.


However, it doesn’t have to be this way.


We can down regulate the fear response by cultivating the muscle of present moment awareness (mindfulness), allowing ourselves to see the bigger picture.


Mindfulness creates a space where we can choose our response.


And if we have a choice, then GROWTH is an option.


It’s all about our choices!
