But before that, what is wellness ?

According to the World Health Organisation, “Wellness is state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".

It's an active process of becoming aware of and making choices that lead to a more fulfilling life.

As an integrative therapist, I can support you in understanding how social factors, physical factors and belief systems or mindsets can have an impact on how we think, feel and behave and how our behaviour reinforces our thinking. Drawing on various techniques from hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, neuroplasticity, mindfulness and relaxation training, I work with my client to create a bespoke plan incorporating verifiable measures of efficacy to develop life changing habits to help them cope with any of life's various obstacles. 

Sessions are designed to unpack discontent and provide clients with effective tools to help them see the glass as half full instead of half empty.

Ultimately, I believe my role as a therapist is to actively listen and to empower my clients to think in different ways. 

The techniques I use are rooted in evidence and science for effective outcomes.
